I recently purchased a Groupon for a moving service called Here to There, and I wanted to share my experience. I scheduled my move for June 1st and was given a time window between noon and 5pm. Unfortunately, the movers did not arrive until after 5pm due to delays with previous jobs. After several calls, I was advised to consider other options as they were unable to accommodate my move that day. Since they missed my appointment and I had to make alternative arrangements, I am now requesting a full refund.

I received my Shark robot vacuum cleaner on 5/31. This is the second one I've ordered from you in less than a week. However, I am concerned because the first vacuum I received was well protected in its box inside another box, but the second one came in just its box without being taped or sealed. I worry about potential damage if it was mishandled by FedEx or USPS during delivery. I have pictures showing the shipping label on the outside of the box without any tape sealing it, raising security concerns. This is my third attempt to reach out; the first two were via your site and a letter to customer service. I have not used the vacuum yet and won't until I receive assurance regarding the shipping standards. I purchased a service contract, but I seek confirmation or notation about how this package was shipped. I hope to hear back soon as this marks my third contact attempt with Groupon.

I want to share my experience with Goddess Cove Holistic Center in Waldorf, MD. I purchased a discounted massage through Groupon for $35, but when I tried to book an appointment online, there were no available slots before the Groupon expired. The staff then asked me to pay an extra $33 on top of the Groupon price of $35 making it the same as their original price of $68. I called and pretended I couldn't book online, and was told the earliest appointment was June 5 at 8AM, 9AM, 10AM, or 11AM. Feeling this was unfair, I contacted Groupon, who offered to exchange the deal for another one. I felt deceived by the center and believe they are engaging in fraudulent practices. While applying for the Groupon for Quandary Great Escape, my phone suddenly died and I had to restart the process once my phone turned back on. Upon restarting, the system indicated that the voucher had been used, though I had not completed the application. Surprisingly, the purchase showed up on my bank statement even though I never finalized the transaction. Despite attempting to resolve the issue with Quandary Great Escape, we were unable to use the voucher as the system indicated it was already used. Unfortunately, we were unable to rebook as they were fully booked for the evening. At this point, I am seeking a refund for the unused voucher due to the inconvenience and poor customer service experienced. I hope for a prompt resolution. I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Picture People on April 25th for a Mother's Day gift for my daughter. The voucher expires in 20 days, and it is linked to a Sears location that has closed in the Bay Area. It is inconvenient for my daughter to have to locate a Sears store and take her newborn to an unfamiliar place. I am requesting a full refund for this purchase, and I would like to purchase a different Groupon for a children's class instead. I have already sent an email but have not received a response. I attempted to purchase 2 separate journals from Monogram Online. Upon discovering that they must be bought individually and shipping costs applied separately, I was disappointed. I tried to reach out by phone but received no response or callback after leaving a message. I am upset by the poor customer service and now wish to cancel my order. Contacting Groupon also proved unhelpful as there is no option to speak with a live person. I suggest adding live chat or email support as an alternative to phone calls. As a loyal Groupon patron, I am frustrated and would like to cancel my order. A credit for a future Groupon purchase would be appreciated, preferably for a more user-friendly experience.

I am quite frustrated that I am unable to reach a live person to discuss my refund request. It is disappointing that there is no opportunity to address issues directly with a representative. I have sent multiple messages without any replies. I am seeking a refund for the two photo books and the purchase from Heathen Brewerie. This experience has made me hesitant to continue using Groupon in the future. Unlike Groupon, Amazon or eBay promptly handle refund inquiries. I was disappointed with my recent Groupon purchase at Luxe Nail Salon for a no-chip manicure and regular pedicure. The color selection was limited, and I couldn't match my nails and toes. Despite this, I proceeded with the service. Unfortunately, my nails were filed crookedly, and the pedicure wasn't dried properly. This caused smudging even after multiple attempts to fix it at the salon. After a total of five hours, the nail polish still hadn't set properly, leading to a disappointing experience. I'm reluctant to return to the salon and would appreciate a refund for this unsatisfactory service.

I have been a faithful Groupon user for many years. However, recently when I tried to log in, I was greeted with a message saying there was no account associated with my email address. Strangely, I found an alternative way to access my account to retrieve a birthday voucher scheduled to be sent on MARCH 26, [redacted] - which my husband never received. The voucher is valid until June 22, [redacted]. I am baffled as to why the birthday present email containing the gift card/voucher was not delivered as expected. This mishap has made me hesitant to place any new orders with Groupon. Hello,
On June 4, [redacted], at 4:00 PM, I purchased two Groupons for Outback Steakhouse for our upcoming trip to Niagara on July 12-14 with my husband and two kids. I prefer having a physical copy, so I printed them out. Upon reviewing the hotel vouchers, I discovered that we already have $20 vouchers each to use at a restaurant there, which means the two Groupons I bought cannot be used. Unfortunately, we won't be returning to Niagara at another time. I kindly request the cancellation of these two vouchers and a refund to my credit card. Hello, I recently received a couples massage valued at $[redacted] for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, I am no longer with my girlfriend and tried to schedule the massage at Massage Spa of Winter Park. The promotional deal is set to expire on June 12th. When I contacted them, they informed me that there was no availability before the expiration date. I suggested using the voucher for a half-hour massage at a later date, but they insisted I would need to bring someone else in and pay an additional $62. Having been a Groupon vendor at Ego Lab Hair Salon in Orlando, FL for over two years, I am disappointed by this response as I always accommodated Groupon customers fairly. I recently purchased a Groupon for 2 sclerotherapy treatments from Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Center of Barrington LLC. I purchased a Groupon for a on-again off-again shuttle in Anchorage, Alaska, along with a cruise through Alaska's finest departing at 8 a.m. After the cruise, I intended to take the shuttle. Alaska's Finest Tours contacted me urgently to reschedule the cruise to midday, extending it with a wildlife trip due to low participation during my original morning slot. They required me to join a larger group leaving at 11:40, which clashed with the shuttle schedule, rendering my Groupon unusable. I purchased a two-day Big Bus ticket for two people for Victoria, Canada. We used the ticket on May 29, but unfortunately, the bus didn't arrive on May 30. We had to walk into town, and when we asked the Big Bus representative at the booth, they incorrectly stated that we should have called for pick-up. I purchased two tickets for Skyzone, thinking they were both for the Suwanee GA location. However, upon arrival, I discovered they were for different locations that couldn't be interchanged. To resolve this, I bought an additional ticket for the Suwanee location. The ticket for Roswell was meant as a gift, so I am seeking a refund for that purchase. I would prefer the refund to be credited back to my debit card or as credit for future Groupon purchases.

I am experiencing issues accessing my Groupon through the app. There is an error message that keeps popping up saying "An unknown problem has occurred. Please try again" with options to "Retry" or "Cancel". My Groupon, purchased for G6, is set to expire on 6/4/18. I attempted to use it on 6/2 for a special cosmic jump event but was informed it was only valid Monday-Thursday. When I tried again on 6/4, the Groupon would still not load. I have emailed once before on 6/3 with no response. I have checked my spam folders and attempted to contact customer service by phone without success. I had trouble accessing my Groupon voucher for Valencia car wash due to an error in the app. Unfortunately, I accidentally selected a trade-in option that I did not intend to use. I purchased an iFly ticket for my granddaughter. A couple of weeks later, I attempted to buy another one for myself to accompany her. Despite confirming with their live chat that I would only be charged for one ticket, I was still charged for two. This overdrew my account, causing significant financial strain. After contacting their live chat for a refund due to this error and being promised a reimbursement for both tickets, I discovered they only refunded me for one. I am now left trying to get in touch with their unavailable live chat as the expiration date approaches, and all I want is a prompt refund for the total amount.
