I am dissatisfied with the customer service. It is inconvenient to not have anyone available to speak to over the phone, and the marketing techniques seem poor and not customer-friendly. The product I received has a strong unpleasant odor that made me sick. If you smell this purse, you will understand. Additionally, although I ordered one purse, I received three, and the quality is below average. I seem to have received more teeth whitening kits than I ordered. This has been my first time using Groupon, and it has been a negative experience. I am requesting a full refund as I am not satisfied with the products and need to return them.

I have a Groupon for cut and color at Salon Domani expiring on June 27, [redacted]. I booked an appointment with a new stylist but had to cancel due to illness (I have Lupus). Despite canceling ahead of time, the salon charged me $47. When I tried to reschedule using my Groupon, I was told I would need to pay the Groupon value plus an extra $79 for the service, even though my Groupon is still valid. So far, I have paid $92 for no services, and I am now being asked for an additional $[redacted] for the cut and color, bringing the total to around $[redacted] before tip. Can someone please help me out? I accidentally pressed the 'submit' button while trying to apply my PayPal balance. I also attempted to use the 'Quick20' discount but got an error saying I used it too many times. Now, I see multiple canceled Groupons for the same item with no discount applied. I urgently need to purchase two other Groupons, one of them being a birthday gift for my daughter tomorrow. I'm worried about the pending charges through PayPal and the refunds from my bank's end. I am seeking a full refund for my Groupon purchase from Build-a-Head amounting to $64.99. I made the order on 5-17-18 and faced challenges with their customer service. Despite my urgent need for the order for a special event, they failed to promptly process the final photo and provide updates. After multiple follow-ups, they mentioned on 5-25 that the order would arrive by June 1. When it did not arrive, I inquired on June 4 and learned on 6-6-18 that a shipping error had occurred. I purchased a Groupon for a hair salon package but have been facing significant challenges with the service provider. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, leaving messages that resulted in a full mailbox, and even visiting the supposed address, which turned out to be incorrect, I have been unable to book an appointment. After weeks of trying, I finally reached the lady in charge last week, but she informed me that the address and appointment times on the Groupon voucher were wrong. She only offered an appointment for next week, which is after my Groupon expires today. When I inquired about using the voucher even after the expiration due to the delays, she mentioned only being able to apply the amount paid but not the full service as per the voucher. Given the poor communication and service, I am seeking a refund for the Groupon.

Hello! I recently used a Groupon voucher for a moving service, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. It seems like the individuals who showed up were not professional movers, but rather individuals who rented a U-Haul and were seeking payment for their services.
Initially, I had to reschedule my move at the last minute and requested a specific time for the appointment, but they were two hours late from the agreed-upon time of 10 am. They arrived with just one dolly and proceeded to handle the move in a slow and inefficient manner, dropping boxes and causing delays. When they reached the destination, they even asked my new employer for additional equipment, which was embarrassing for me as a new employee.
To make matters worse, they attempted to charge me extra for the time they wasted. When I reached out to the corporate office to voice my concerns, I was met with disrespect and even faced threats of involving the police.
As a teacher, the lack of professionalism displayed by this company was unacceptable. I am seeking a refund for the service and hope others will be aware of their unprofessionalism.

Although the person had difficulty speaking English, I understood that they no longer accept Groupons. Despite my Groupon being valid and not expired, they informed me that it was not accepted. After explaining my situation, the call abruptly ended. When I called back, I was told to contact someone else, presumably Groupon. Please issue a refund for this purchase as it appears the spa no longer participates in Groupon deals.

I bought a Groupon for 3-Course cooking lessons at Miracle Catering, set an appointment with the head chef for June 7th at 6 pm. Despite driving for an hour in traffic, we arrived 15 minutes early to find the business closed with no lights on. The number provided on the Groupon wasn't theirs, and calling it was unsuccessful. After finding another number on the storefront and leaving a voicemail, we received no call back. I then emailed them through their website after waiting until 6:30.
We purchased this Groupon as a gift, paid $95, drove an hour, but received no dinner or cooking lessons. The owner eventually responded to my email apologizing for canceling last minute, mentioning something came up. Given he had our phone number, we expected a courtesy call about the cancellation.
I am requesting a full refund and have no interest in rescheduling or returning.

I recently bought two Tefl/Tesol courses from Global Language Training. I was hoping to gift one to a friend but ended up getting both for myself. I used the voucher code "ENJNGPJH" to register for mine without any issues. I contacted both Groupon and the Language Course to confirm if it was possible for my friend to use one course and have the certificate in her name. They assured me it wouldn't be a problem and that she could register under her name. However, when I tried to register her using the voucher code, it didn't work. I reached out to the New York number and left a voicemail but later received an email asking for proof of purchasing two classes, which I don't have. I'm unsure how to resolve this to get her registered. Should she buy her own course and then I get a refund for one of the classes? I tried to buy the Groupon Select membership they emailed me about. After filling out the form and clicking to process the order, it said it couldn't be done at that time and to try again later. Shortly after, I received an email congratulating me on becoming a Groupon Select member, but there was confusion since it initially said the order wasn't processed. They sent me a $5 Starbucks card, but when I try to redeem it, it says it's "by invitation only." I signed up for Groupon Select and received the gift card, so I don't understand the issue.
Later on, when I was trying to purchase another Groupon, the screen kept refreshing without completing the transaction. Despite this, the purchase showed up in my account as bought that day without confirmation or receipt.

After contacting the company to inquire about their Groupon for lipo cavitation treatments, I was confused about what the procedure actually entailed. The language barrier made it difficult to get clear information. Despite being assured that lipo cavitation was suitable for me as someone who recently had lipo, I later found out from the company that it is not recommended for post-lipo patients.
