Trying to get my money from a card that was lost or stolen I do not have the card number but you have my info it was registered ... I lost my GreenDot card it still had money in it it was registered in my name and address so hopefully you can recover it and send me a new card
You don't realize that I do not have the card number the money is floating around out there on a card that is no longer in existence but you have my information you have my name you have my address I just want you guys to give me a new card or write me a check for the money that was in the card
A refund on a different card or send me a check in the mail it is very simple I do not have the card I had eBay give me a refund they went directly to that card that I used and I do not have that card anymore I want you to send me a check or send me cash or send me a new card with the money I have on there it is a roughly $***
Because I haven't given you guys a bad review yet for all the time I've wasted trying to get a hold of a customer service representative and you guys do not call me back I offered my phone number my name is John Constable *** Main Street South Lonsdale Minnesota you have my card numbers on file I need a refund
Yes I have tried contacting customer service through the number you have listed on the back of cards that you sell and nobody answers the phone it is a automated service this does not help
