Find out why you won’t help me but put that the issue was resolved even though you did nothing. ... I filed my taxes & ask TurboTax for the prepaid card option. I never got my card. I have finally gotten them back on the phone and they said it was put on the green dot card * I supplied. I have never even heard of green Dot so I didn’t supply the *. I can’t get anyone on the phone to figure out what is wrong. A prepaid card * was on my filed tax but I didn’t put it there. I have Never had a prepaid card. I am a single monther and need my money. I can’t speak to someone
I want a call back. I want my money refunded and put on a card and mailed to ME. Green dot has had my refund since May **. It’s on someone’s card but I dont know who.
I’m not a customer- I haven’t gotten a card but my income tax refund it on someone else’s card
I have called Turbo tax, IRS, and tried every way I know to reach Green Dot. They say it’s Green Dots problem. Please help me
