I have finally gotten them back on the phone and they said it was put on the green dot card * I supplied. I have never even heard of green Dot so I didn’t supply the *. I can’t get anyone on the phone to figure out what is wrong. A prepaid card * was on my filed tax but I didn’t put it there. I have Never had a prepaid card. I am a single monther and need my money. I want a call back. I want my money refunded and put on a card and mailed to ME. Green dot has had my refund since May **. It’s on someone’s card but I dont know who.
