Build my credit ... I have not received my card yet. I called the hotline and my birthday is apparently wrong on the account but I can not speak to a person to fix the issue. The money was taken out of my account on *******.
I do not have a card to give them a number and this problem could be easily fixed if I could speak to someone!!!
Just give me my money back, it's too hard to resolve any issues that I may have.
When I saw the ad on credit karma for a secure credit card, I picked the Primor card because it had the best apr, I did not realize it was green dot and I am very unsatisfied with this service. I really just want my money back.
I don't know how to fix this. Green dot only has one number listed and you have to know the card number or your ssn. I put my social in, it asked for my birthdate, I put in my birthday and it says that's the wrong answer and we continue this cycle until the automated system cuts me off . So my money has been taken out of my account, I have no card, and no way to fix this!!
