What was sent **the issue in your own words**my account *****@***.com will not let me in,* says This device isn't recognized. For your security, Google wants to make sure it's really you. *when it asks security question I answer it and it still does not recognize me. sent security code to my other address and still does not unlock*then says Try again later or sign in from a different device.**as previously explained. after I received a code at a different email to unlock google it continues to tell me i'm unrecognized.**I was told it can be unlocked in ** hours, its way past this...** I have all my info in this account, this is a tremendous loss if not accessed. help please
