Access account ... I have two step verification and at some point it quit working. When the second verification, which I had set to be a phone call to cell, was to kick in, no ring was heard. Even when I chose for it to call my landline, no ring occurred. It was very annoying and a concern, but I could at least have the code texted. So I didn’t attend to this matter, I just used another browser usually.*Here is why I am requesting assistance today:*My cell stopped working, thus a new phone. Yea! But wait! Now I cannot access my account in any manner because the code is still set to go to my *S not just the number, which hasn’t changed. I hope there is a way to reset the second verification code to my new phone and that it actually rings so that I may access my account. Please help!
