Was trying to set up Family Link account for * year old nephew so he could use new chromebook. After confirming he was *, the account was locked and I wasn't able to add him to family link and can no longer long in to the chromebook at all. His account is locked out no matter what I try and the only email I've received back from Google told me "the age on this account is too young" and no further help on the situation. I tried to update his account to having my mother's information (as she will be manager of Family Link) but it is taking long to confirm her age and unlock the account again so we can move on and he can use his account again.
GetHuman-dezrodri did not yet indicate what Google should do to make this right.
