I'm moving from our old hosted PBX solution to VOIP solution. We have a Google Voice number we use for customer service, and need to transfer this number to the VOIP solution carrier. Is this possible? ** I do not get the ability to unlock our google voice number. I've read through the instructions none of it tells me what I described above. This move to VOIP is happening soon I need this transferred over to our new VOIP Carrier. Is there anyway I can speak to a customer service Rep, directly? Or someone at Google? Our billing account for this Google Voice account is free. We don't pay for it at all. I don't know if that has something to do with it? Could use some additional help.
