I ordered * games from the GameStop website on *****. Since ***** to ***** it has stated items were ready to ship and awaiting carrier pick up. Today I received an email stating they are sorry I am unhappy with my order and are issuing a refund. I did not request an order cancellation and the refund mentioned does not match my card.
GetHuman5555957 did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.
