We had an issue with not getting a receipt at the **rd and Bethany location and we were informed that we can go into the **th and baseline location to exchange the damaged device (controller) and we had an issue at first but through communication with the other store the manager was able to help us exchange the controller! I would like to shout out the store manager! He was kind and helpful I’m sure it wasn’t the greatest dealing with this issue and I’d just like someone to know of his hard work!!
