Help with my GameStop issue
GetHuman-jjharthu's next move: talk to GameStop again when they open.
GameStop's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-jjharthu a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

I have two orders I made on Black Friday but neither appear to be processed correctly. I have one order where a game was cancelled and taken off my order after my purchase. That order is ****************. I have an additional order that has yet to charge me, and includes a game for the wrong game platform. That order is ****************. I've been sitting on hold for over half an hour now and no help.
GetHuman-jjharthu did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.
