Help with my GameStop issue

Retrieve lost codes for digital gift cards ... Purchased two GameStop gift cards from Amazon months ago for a pre-order, and when the release date came they randomly cancelled my order. Attempted to find the gift card codes to use them on another purchase, but the emails were apparently deleted, and neither Amazon nor GameStop have been able to resolve the issue.
Both Amazon and GameStop claim that neither of them have access to the required information to help me with my issue, and they continually try to refer me to the other brand for assistance.
Simply retrieving the codes, I don't need a refund or anything, I'd just like to use the cards.
I've been a Prime member on Amazon for at least *-* years, and frequently buy my games and accessories at GameStop. Amazon usually handles my inquiries quickly and successfully, and I've never really had experience dealing with GameStop customer support until now.
Contact Amazon support multiple times over * weeks, call GameStop multiple times over the past * days, make multiple emails to both businesses, etc.
