Pre-ordered something a month ago that released last week, and item still hasn't come. Destiny titan shield Replica, still says the item is processing for * days in a row, want them to tell me if something went wrong.
GetHuman-bozmic did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.

I contacted them last night, and what they told me was that a system glitch was affecting the processing time of the product. I had the confirmation *, my email address, told them how I paid for it( I used trade credit from selling old video games to pay for it), as well as my name.
Please help with my GameStop issue
