I placed an online order in July that charged my card * days ago and was declined. I immediately updated my info and replied to the email as instructed. My account showed the charge that day and now another day later I get an email saying my order was cancelled. My account is still being charged and the version of the game I ordered is sold out everywhere. I want my order restored
