I preordered a let's go eevee game and switch bundle. First I was told it would be here on the **th, didnt come, then the date changed to the **th. Still didnt come. Now I have no tracking info or a delivery date. The tracking just says the tracking number and that the info will be updated once it ships. I sent an email almost a week ago about the issue and got no response and I've been on hold with their customer care for an hour and a half at this point, still on hold while I type this. I'm begging for help at this point. They charged my credit card on the **th. So I'm down ***.** dollars with no switch no game and no answers.
