I was double billed on Oct **, **** by Frontier airlines under my name Betty Madson. I made a ‘change’ and was billed $**. I called Frontier and the $** was agreed would be refunded and the second flight taken off. The charge for the second flight showed up on my Chase account though. Since the charges are different, $***.** and $***.**, Chase can’t do anything. Please take off the second charge of $***.** that should’ve been taken off along with the $**. Please*send confirmation. Thanks so much.
