I have a package to be picked up. Lakeside Collection notified Fed ex about pick up. fed ex was suppose to call me to let me know when they would pick up. They never called. Driver arrived yesterday & for too many reasons the package wasn't ready. When the driver arrived he didn't have a receipt or tracking * for me. Tried calling fedex a few minutes ago BUT, was not allowed to speak with a human as I did not have a tracking or door tag number. Shoddy customer service. I want to know w*hen the package will be picked up & how do I get a receipt & tracking *.

GetHuman-jcaikane did not yet indicate what FedEx should do to make this right.
