I sent a two-day letter via FedEx last Monday over a week ago. Because the ZIP code was entered incorrectly the letter was sent to the wrong state. I caught this on Thursday the day it was supposed to be delivered and have talked to FedEx daily trying to get my letter rerouted. Each day I've Been Told that the letter has been rerouted and sent to the correct address yet it is still sitting in the same FedEx facility in the wrong state. Today when I called to see why there isn't any movement I was told that I have to create a account with FedEx and pay to have it sent to the correct address.
GetHuman-hjeffb did not yet indicate what FedEx should do to make this right.
