Hello, my Facebook account has been hacked, and the primary email address has been changed. I am seeking to have my Facebook account restored. The primary email address was altered from [redacted] to [redacted] on Tuesday, May 17, [redacted], at 23:09 (UTC+08). I need my account reset because this email address does not belong to me, and I am now unable to access my account as the hacker has changed my password. I have created a new email address, [redacted], to prevent the hacker from accessing the old email address. I kindly request you to use this new email address to restore my account. Thank you. After my laptop was stolen, both of my Facebook accounts were hacked, and I lost access to them. One account has been restored, but I can't post or comment for 33 days. The other account is still blocked and seems to be registered to someone named Tran That. Unauthorized withdrawals of £[redacted] were made from my Paypal account on May 17th and 18th to pay Meta Facebook for advertising, which I didn't authorize. I changed my Paypal password, but I haven't been able to reach a human at Facebook yet, despite submitting my driving license for verification. I reported the issue to Paypal. I suspect the hackers posted something to prevent me from accessing my account. Unfortunately, I can't change the password on the hacked account since I can't access it. Before [redacted], our Facebook business page for Instant Classic Tattoo LLC in Lafayette, Louisiana was compromised. Charles G. Bear, the original creator of the page and owner of the business, used the email [redacted] to set it up. Unfortunately, both his Facebook account and email were hacked, leaving him unable to recover passwords. Moreover, the recovery account [redacted] was also removed from the administrative page. We are eager to regain control of Instant Classic Tattoo's Facebook page and are prepared to provide legal documentation proving Charles Bear's ownership. Hello, Facebook team, I am reaching out to discuss an unusual situation I encountered when browsing a friend's check-ins on their about page. In the section related to a hotel we recently stayed at in Spain, there appears to be a photo of a woman breastfeeding twin babies, serving as an explicit advertisement for the hotel. Strangely, this image only pops up on my phone and not on my friend's. I have already checked my phone for viruses, but I am puzzled by this discrepancy. Should I contact the hotel to bring this issue to their attention? Your assistance in looking into this matter would be greatly appreciated. My Facebook account was disabled on Friday, May 13, [redacted], due to unauthorized access despite having 2-Factor Authentication. I only learned about this when I received an email notification regarding the impending deletion of my account. I tried to appeal using the provided form but encountered issues submitting it. The form requests me to log in, which is impossible as my account is disabled, and there is no option within the account to request a review. I need to appeal this disabling urgently as I followed all security measures, including a unique password and 2-Factor Authentication. Despite this, an unauthorized individual managed to reset my password without my knowledge. Access to my account is crucial for my work as a Marketing Manager and for staying connected with personal contacts.

Hello, I am facing difficulties with my account as I am unable to post things. Whenever I try, it takes me all day to post just one thing, and at the end, a window pops up with an error message saying, "SOMETHING WENT WRONG." This issue persists even after several attempts that last for up to 10 minutes. I am concerned about this problem as my customers rely on my updates. I apologize if there was any misunderstanding. A couple of months ago (March [redacted]), the Facebook app on my phone logged me out of my account. When I tried to log back in, it prompted me to get a code from the site's code generator, as if I was logging in from a new browser. I attempted to log in on my laptop, but I was also logged out on Google Chrome, facing the same issue. I don't have the account logged in on any other device. Facebook offered submitting a photo of my ID as an alternative to the code generator, but I have not received any response. I've had this account for nearly 15 years and would like to regain access to it.

In a mistake, I denied recognizing it as mine. However, I have now verified my account. I am Janet P. Ismail. I traveled from Canada to Sydney, Australia in March and returned on April 24th. While in Australia, I used a different SIM card to stay in touch with my friends and family. A friend used my phone to log into their Facebook account using my app. When I got my phone back, I realized they were still signed in, so I logged them out. However, when I tried to log back into my own account, I ended up seeing my friend's profile instead of mine. I've attempted to change my password through both Google and Facebook, and have tried various troubleshooting steps in the app settings, all without success. This issue seemed to start after my friend installed Facebook Lite and Messenger Lite on my phone without my knowledge. I recently received a message on Messenger from what I thought was my cousin, asking for help with recovering accounts due to his phone issues. After unknowingly providing a Facebook recovery code, I discovered I was scammed when my debit card was declined from fraudulent charges. My bank flagged several attempts to charge over $[redacted] via Facebook Pay. They cancelled my card and issued a new one. I found out that I was locked out of my Facebook, Yahoo, Instagram, and Twitter accounts. To make matters worse, the hacker texted me asking for something in return to unlock my accounts. I suspect this person has committed multiple felonies by now. After regaining access to my email following a conversation with Yahoo support, the hacker changed all my account emails, making it difficult for me to reset my passwords. I'm stuck in a loop and desperately need assistance.

I recently helped a friend recover their Facebook account using my email address. However, the next day I received a message that my email was removed and replaced by [redacted] This resulted in me being locked out of my own account, although it is still visible online. I submitted my ID for verification and was granted access for about 10 minutes before being locked out again. I created a new account and sent out friend requests. When I went to upload a new profile picture, I discovered that my new account had been suspended for violating Community Standards even though I had not posted anything inappropriate. My original account remains active and has not violated any standards. What should I do in this situation?
