Hello my name is Kelly Abendroth Google play ID kellyabby*****I started playing Sims free play on January *, ****. I really enjoyed the game and found it to be hard to put down. I've spent just about $** on purchases to progress faster in the game. On January **th my tablet died and when I turned it back on all of my progress and purchases where gone even though Everytime I exited the game it saved my progress. ** Here is a list of my purchases using my Visa debit card ending in **** *****- Complete Home designer Bundle $**.*******- Currency Bundle $**.*******- Pet Collector $**.*******- Handful of Simoleons $*.*******-Box of Life points $**.****I spoke to someone at Google support after trying to help me with no success they advised me to contact you for help getting my game back to the state it was after all of these purchases. **I really enjoyed playing this game please help me get my progress back. If you can not help me I would like my purchases refunded so I can purchase them again and get back to the level I was at before it all was lost.
