Easyjet's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-lucas_ce a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-lucas_ce's own words
Once it was the first time (maybe the last) I was going to travel with easyjet, I misunderstood the deadline to check in (also, other companies' check in are only local, for foreign people, so I guessed it was ok to do it in the airport).*My flight was the one that goes from LGW to FCO, at *h**am. At *h** am I was trying to check in, and wasn't able to. Then I tried to contact you, but support is only from *am. As I was in a hurry, I bought a ticket from another company to get to FCO on time (fortunately it worked very well). Then I tried to contact you physically in the airport, but looks like you dont have any support at all.*So, the cheap ticket now is more expensive then the expensive one, and uncomfortable. *Anyway, I just need to refund the money I pay.
GetHuman-lucas_ce did not yet indicate what Easyjet should do to make this right.
