You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

I have waited over forty-five days for my money to be returned to my account. My account at Amazon was hacked and my money was removed. I sent all the information necessary. No respond. I need my money. The dispute number is *-**********. All my money went to Amazon according to my account statement. Been trying to call for over * weeks and can't get through due to long call log. I am upset that you guys can't answer my call. My number is ***-***-****.

By returning my $***.**. I contacted them and was told that I need to get my money from Amazon, the one who took it. I contacted Amazon and was told that they were having problems with their system and that they can not do anything! They offered me a $*** dollar gift certificate for the problem they were having. Contact them at a later date. My money return has not happened, and it's been over ** days.
