Along with everything else, * of my DirectExpress Debit cards were stolen by my brother. He called the Direct express * and changed both of my pin *s. He was able to gain access into my accounts by entering my social security number. No longer can I access my accounts. I’ve been trying to cancel these cards since for * days, since the **th of October after making a police report just hours after he stole everything. The automated system ended every call I made because my pin * is no longer accepted and I do not have the full card * since it was stolen. The call is ended based on my invalid entries. When I somehow found a path to speak to a representative, I was again hung up on after being told their too busy, to call back another time. I am locked out of my online access as well. These are * of many accounts of mine he fraudulently used. The detective is losing patience with me getting this done. He finds it extremely hard to believe that I can’t access my account online or get through to speak to somebody. It appears as if I am not taking any action to cancel these cards. I cancelled ** other credit and debit card accounts & disputed charges already made within * hours. It’s been nearly a week. Please Please help me.
