Direct Express's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-fheath a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-fheath's own words
I paid for airtime on my cell phone in the amount of $**.** @ approximately *:** or *:** a.m. I checked my account balance by the automated system on the phone immediately after I completed the on-line transaction. I was shocked to find out that my account balance was more than $*** less than it was before that transaction and that what was supposed to be a one time purchase was charged to my account a total of six times $**.**. I contacted the phone service provider and confirmed that instead of the single payment of $**.** my account was charged five additional times. They initiated a refund of the five charges but said my funds would probably not go back into my account for *-* days. They suggested that I contact your company and request a "charge back" of the total amount of $**.** and that that could possibly get my funds returned to me in a more timely manner. I desperately need those funds to be able to obtain food and survive. I am on a fixed income and desperately need your help if a "charge back" is possible.
