my Directtv ATT bill has doubled, it went from **.** to ***.**. I cannot get on line because ATT is having tech problems and DirectTV will not take my calls. I have received notice that there are two accounts, I only have one, but there are are two different account numbers:******* and *********.*I pay by auto pay out of my checking account, not credit card, not debit card.

GetHuman5046912 did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
