Remove unauthorized change to programming and service agreement ... Disputing ** month programming agreement we DID NOT authorize acct. ********** and demand it be removed* confirming deletion of Showtime added without authorization *********. Please advise.
This is frustrating since we DID NOT authorize any change to our programming or service agreement
They can correct this issue by reverting to previous programming and service agreement
