I had a receiver replaced about * weeks ago and have gotten the run around for about * weeks now. First I was told to return it and a label would be in the box with the new one. There was not. Then when activateing the new receiver, the lady said "Oh that one was so old, you don't have to send it back". Then later in the week I get a letter telling me how to send it back. I live about ** miles from the nearest UPS of FEDEX store. I called to ask to have a label send to me, the one on the phone from DirecTV said to call UPS. I did and they talked to me like I had three heads and said to get it from DirectTV. I called DirecTV back and the lady told me she had me set up to send me a "recovery pacakge" with a label in it. I am yet to receive this package. I just want a label sent to me so I can send the old receiver back or at this point just send me the address to send it to and I'll mail it back at my cost. I am not driving *** miles round trip to send back a* $** package. Please help me!!!
