I ENDED MY DIRECT SERVICE. I HAVE REQUESTED A RECOVERY KIT TO MAIL BACK EQUIPMENT TWICE . I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE BOXES. I WOULD LIKE TO GET THE EQUIPMENT RETURNED SO I MAY HAVE THE $**.** CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT SENT TO ME. I COULD TAKE THE EQUIPMENT TO FED-EX BUT I DO NOT KNOW MY ACCOUNT NUMBER . I CANT GET PAST THE AUTOMATED RECORDING WHEN I CALL. I NEED MY ACCOUNT NUMBER. IF THE BOXES ARE NOT GOING TO BE SENT
