There are many ways to submit a complaint to DirectTV but the best option is to call in. If you call into DirectTV you are more likely to get a strong resolution than using http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/contentPageNR.jsp?assetId=P1700006.

I have been trying to fix this problem since the first of March with no success. On the first of the month I call in to see Why our bill went from $** to $*** . I was told she would take care of the problem. I asked if we would loose any of the channels we now have and was told no. This turned out no to be true. We Lost channels *** thru ***. as of this date ********* an long hours talking to I don't know how many people to resolve this mater, I still don't what I need to do. We have been a customer for ** plus years. Can you please help?
