The issue in GetHuman-lesarous's own words
My direct TV was working fine yesterday morning I went to work and came home yesterday evening and it says no servers were detected check your network connection. I have done that I have reset the server I have reset the genies and still every time it reboots it says this again and again on my TV screen. I unplugged everything to see if it would reset and still the same message.. no server detected. Check your network connection..
GetHuman-lesarous did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
