I have had direct TV. For over two months. Everytime I try to log in to your system I am prompted to change my password that I DID NOT forget. So I change it and then try as and log in and can't because the password I just changed doesn't f-----g work. By now this has taken enough time that I'm so frustrated that I can't go any further without smashing my computer or phone. Basically this system is a joke and is grossly overrated and I have convinced to change to a system that ***** and costs far more than a system that worked and cost less. I am unbelievably disappointed in my switch to direct TV. I hate every part of it. I've been suckered into going with this system.
