I am Richard Wright, Account No. ********. I am hearing impaired, so that is why I am contacting you via chat. My *-year satellite contract is running out as of the end of this month. At that time I wish to cancel my satellite account and begin your streaming service, which I understand is $** per month for the same channels I have been receiving via satellite. I understand that there is NO contract on the streaming service, and that I may choose to cancel it at any time. I have a $*.** credit which I would like to have transferred to my new streaming account. Can you help me with this?
