We my husband and I have had the flu the last two weeks. We had to pay out of pocket for medications because of our age and complications of the flu. We can pay our direct tv bill in full on Jan. ** **** in the amount of ***.** but can't pay the past due amount of ***.** at this time. If we can schedule the amount of ***.** on the jan. **rd ****. If it is shut off, we won't have the money to have it turned back on and will have to cancel. We don't want to do that if we can help it.
GetHuman-handpat did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
