I have been a loyal customer of Direct TV since ****. Account number *********. Recently I have experience a partial sporadic frozen picture on * of my TV's. I called your technical service line and the agent performed a number of tests on my system. Nothing obvious. The agent recommended that an agent come to my house for a fee of $***. I don't understand why I have to pay a fee for someone to look at your equipment which I pay a monthly rental for. I have another house with Comcast service that I don't have to pay for service calls. My average monthly bill is *$ ***.*I don't understand your customer service policy. Why do you treat your loyal long term customers this way?
