On one television (not the primary) it seems to think it is recording. About every * minutes feed stops and I get the message "Playback failed no audio*video data packets recorded from ***** something" eventually freezes up entirely having gotten well behind real time. Then.....It will eventually reset and the process will begin again... Phone number for account is ***-****-****..my phone is ***-***-****...account email is *****@***.com or *****@***.com
