i HAVE BEEN OVERBILLED TWICE IN THE LAST * MONTHS BY DIRECT TV. MY DEBIT CARD WAS COMPROMISED AND I HAD TO GET A NEW CARD. I CALLED DIRECT TV AND GAVE THE ACCOUNT PERSON MY NEW CARD NUMBER. SHE SENT ME A CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND SAID THAT WAS ALL THEY NEEDED. fOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS I HAVE BEEN DOUBLED BILLED AND I CALLED REPEATEDLY TO GET THIS PROBLEM FIXED AND IT IS STILL HAPPENING.
