My receiver quit working. I called direct tv twice, in hold both times for ** and ** mins. Called the third time and finally talked to a human (david). I was told that the receiver would arrive in * business days. This is unacceptable as I already pay a high cost for the service and for leasing the receivers every month. Now, not only do I have to wait for the receiver to arrive , I am having to install it myself. What ever happened to customer service after AT&T took over directTv. I am seriously contemplating switching over to spectrum.
GetHuman1176173 did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
