I would like information on adding a DVR to my existing direcTv service. I have been on hold twice for ** minutes each when assured my wait time was less than * minutes. I've tried logging onto my account only to be told they can't locate it. I'm considering canceling DirecTv and going with the cable service
GetHuman-bbpend did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.

Perseverance perseverance perseverance....finally got through to a human. Unfortunately I couldn’t use gethuman.com as I have no way to receive a text. Not really a Luddite, just my preference.
