I did what was asked, usps- Direct tv preferred carrier has not delivered the package. ... When I Canceled my service, it took direct Three weeks to send the package. I have tracking number with usps and it was picked up and I sent the boxes back. Usps has not delivered the box so you want to bill us instead of being responsible and dealing with your required shipping company
They need to contact usps instead of trying to make me pay for the equipment that Usps has according to shipping records.
Speak to a person with the permissions to resolve the issue
