I signed up for direct TV in December and have never received a bill, either by mail or email. I know you have my email address because I get late notices but never the actual bill. Once I get the late notice I pay the bill but then there is a fee. Please let me know how I can expect to receive my bills and also remove the late fee since I have never been sent an actual bill.
