Revised Billing Requested After Disconnecting Service.

Help with my DirecTV issue
The issue in GetHuman-burkebee's own words
Trying to end service with Directv and receive a revised billing to reflect the end of service date. ... We are scheduled to be disconnected from Directv as we requested on *********. However, we were not given an official date of when we are to be disconnected. Directv is billing us thru *********. The bill is due on *********. We need to receive a revised billing to include the disconnection date.
It is frustrating that I do not have an end of service date and a revised billing.
I want to know when our account*service with Directv will be canceled. We requested cancelation early this morning, *-*am. We want this to be the official cancellation date, i.e., ********** because we have no TV service at this time & we do not want to pay for 'no TV service'.*We are requesting an email (*****@***.com) to verify the service ending date and a revised billing. The billing we have now is due on ******** and the billing period is from ******** to ********. We have also requested a box to return the receiver to Directv.
I have been a good customer since **********. I have always paid the Directv bill on time. And my husband and I have been with AT&T for *at least ** years, probably more like **-** years or more.
We have tried calling. We were promised an email. We have not received an email. Please send an email to reply to all of our concerns as stated above. Thank you.
How GetHuman-burkebee fixed the problem
We contacted DirecTv by phone, email and an online chat. We did receive an email with the date of cancelation. We returned the equipment to FedEx. And now we are waiting for a final billing from DirecTv.
