My problem is that every time I turn on the TV and go to direct TV now which I'm enjoying. The sound keeps going up and down I can't seem to control in one minute it's lower the next minute heads high And this all started when I downloaded the new TV app Could you please help me I have a sound system minutes and I wanna play with my toys Can you refresh my signal or something
