After different reasons someone finally came to my home to install on **** . And I made a second payment for wireless install for $***. I have gone back and forth with at&t for refund of original payment and was told MANY LIES BY MANY DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPERVISORS. "REFUND BEING PROCESSED" " WE HAVE TO CREDIT ACCT" " DONT SEE ANY PAYMENT ' after multiple people have confirmed seeing it. Today I was told to contact DIRECT TV. FOR MY MONEY. $*** ********** AT *:** PM TO DARRELL (OPERATOR THAT SET UP ORDER) ORDER NUMBER * *********. I am disabled and been advised to start arbitration at this point. I will begin that process at the end of business day *********. DENISE HILL (***)***-****. ***** ABERCORN STREET APT ***. SAVANNAH GA *****
