I would like to tell management how please I am with the technician that came to my home. Joshua was very courtious and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and to make sure that I understood what he was going to do prior to beginning the job. DirecTV is very very fortunate to have an employee like Joshua. I have been considering changing carriers, but due to Joshua's professionalism and all around work ethic I will stay with your company.
