I was told last weekend by the supervisor Jeff in billing department that he was going to take off the $** balance i had on my account as well as apply a $** one time credit to my account. On the phone with him i stated that he was removing the $** and that he was applying the $** credit. He stated he was and that it would place my account into a negative balance for when my next bill hit. I received a bill of $**.**, which is more than what my actual bill should be of $**.** a month. Hoping to have someone who can actually help me resolve this issue.
GetHuman706869 did not yet indicate what DirecTV should do to make this right.
