Dear Delta Air,**We have just arrived at Narita Airport, Japan from Singapore via DL***. Due to flight delay of nearly * hours, we were unable to head to Osaka via the JR Pass we have pre-purchased and are left stranded in Narita Airport with no accomodation available at Narita Airport. We have contacted a Delta staff in Narita Airport, he has passed us a notice of flight delay and have advised us to rebook the train to get to Osaka and claim via Delta website. Please advise how can we go about the claim and provide all booking details for claim processing. Thank you!
