I did not receive a Jan*Feb. statement for which I unintentionally missed payment. *I was not contacted about the missed payment until this evening as when our service was cut off. A simple phone call would have worked.*After being a Dish customer for *** years during with I don't believe any other late payments were made, not to mention our credit is excellent I a'm disappointing with Dish again even more than I have been with lousy service and same programs, and repeats are getting old. Now that winter is almost over to get service on our roof I have no problem canceling Dish and giving Direct TV.**So this is the ultimatum for Dish. Remove the $**.** late fee from this last statement or otherwise it's a sure thing Dish will soon lose a customer.**Also be informed I'm not interested in auto pay!
