I bought a new phone and within days the service wasn't connecting. I called the cricket customer care line. The representative was not well trained. She was telling me to take the sim card out my old phione and insert into the new one. Glad I didn't listen to her that would've voided my contract and I would've had to buy another phone!! I took my phone to my local dealer she replaced my sim card and advised that I should not call the care center cause they are not well trained!! So my advice is retrain these people and the accent was so very heavy that I could not communicate well through the phone teach them to speak slowly not everyone is able to understand their language and accent.
