i have been unable to log into my account online . i enter user name and then, password and it just takes me back to log in screen. i have not been able to speak to a person to get technical support. How can I speak to someone to help me?

I called customer service and I did not respond to any question except the first one that asked for last * digits of cc* and then I stayed silent until finally, they put me on with a real , live person and he and one other real live person solved my problem.
